5. Product & Service Terms

  • Product descriptions (specifically for dietary supplements) are accurate to the best of our ability, but slight variations may occur.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, resale abuse).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Aeterna is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruptions.

  • Evidence Standard: Carrier delivery scans, payment processor records, and Aeterna’s internal logs will serve as final and binding proof in disputes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeterna, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners against any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms, policies, or laws.

  • You engage in fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct.

  • Termination does not affect our right to pursue legal remedies.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aeterna.
